Panamera battery dying after only two years – fed up with garages that don't know these cars

Moved to Dubai with my 2017 Panamera last year and I've already had the battery replaced once at a random garage near Rashidiya that swore they knew Porsches, but now the car's throwing low battery warnings again and they clearly didn't do any BMS coding because the start stop has never worked since. I'm honestly tired of playing roulette with shops that claim they can handle a Porsche but can't even be bothered to register the battery properly, and I'm at my wits end trying to locate a Trusted Porsche Car Battery Dubai service that won't just throw in whatever AGM they have lying around and call it a day. I found battery zone uae where they explain the whole PIWIS registration process and specifically mention Panameras, which is more than most places bother to do, but I'd still rather hear from someone who's actually used them or can point me to a shop where the techs genuinely understand parasitic draw tests and gateway module resetting rather than just nodding along while I explain what I read on rennlist. At this point I'm willing to drive anywhere in the city as long as I don't have to have this conversation a third time next summer.
