Sharjah cheap oil change places – do any of them actually use correct Audi spec?

I live in Sharjah but work in Dubai so I put a lot of highway km on my A4. I've been taking it to those quick lube places near Industrial Area because they're cheap and fast, but last time the car started making a weird whining noise after an oil change. I'm pretty sure they used whatever generic oil they had in bulk instead of the VW 504 spec. A colleague who used to work at a dealership told me to stop messing around and look for a Premier Oil Change Sharjah that actually stocks the proper fluids and changes the drain plug washer properly. Has anyone here found a place in Sharjah that treats European cars seriously? I don't mind paying double if it means no engine damage. Also curious if they reset the service indicator because mine has been flashing for weeks now and I'm tired of looking at it. Just want one reliable spot that won't use a hammer on my oil pan.
